As part of Bowden Printing’s B-Sustainable Initiative, the education of culture and diversity in the workplace is a significant focus.
As a socially conscious organisation committed to diversity and inclusion, Bowden Printing are proud to implement training sessions with all staff. It was a pleasure to have Gail Claremont Goulet and Lisette Claremont Goulet from TLLPC (Transgender Lipstick Lesbian Power Couple) presenting our first session on Transgender Visibility.
The TLLPC was founded in 2017 and Incorporated in 2020 and registered as a Human Rights Organisation. The TLLPC is a Certified Training Provider and gives presentations to SMEs, sporting organisations and social groups.
Gail and Lisette gave an excellent presentation… and the Q&A session at the conclusion provided a perfect opportunity to understand better the LGBTIQ+ segment. It was great to see all staff actively involved.
Through Corporate Social Responsibility, we all have a role to play when it comes to diversity and inclusion, and in playing our part we collectively build relationships and support connections throughout the Rainbow Community. Team Bowden very much thank Gail and Lisette for their insightful presentation and we look forward to working with them again on further B-Sustainable Initiatives.
