The Bowden Print Group have been members for many years of the Family Business Association. As a long-standing family business, the benefit of being involved with the FBA is fantastic.
This year, we enjoyed hosting the first calendar event for 2021, FBA’s SA Meet the Owners Event. It was a great evening with a Q&A session and a plant tour.
FBA Accredited Advisor Sarah Leo facilitated the Q&A panel. Sitting on the panel were Non-family CEO Damien Burchell and family members Gavin Bowden and Berkely Wolthers. We talked about how the combination of non-family executives and multi-generational family members meets the challenges of today’s demanding marketplace.
We also gave an insight into strategies Bowden Print Group have implemented to remain successful.
