This year, we enjoyed hosting the first calendar event for 2021, FBA’s SA Meet the Owners Event. It was a great evening with a Q&A session and a plant tour.
FBA Accredited Advisor Sarah Leo facilitated the Q&A panel. Sitting on the panel were Non-family CEO Damien Burchell and family members Gavin Bowden and Berkely Wolthers. We talked about how the combination of non-family executives and multi-generational family members meets the challenges of today’s demanding marketplace.
We also gave an insight into strategies Bowden Printing have implemented to remain successful.
