We need to break this print job down a little. The presentation folder cover was printed on 360gsm Artboard, CMYK 2 sides plus a sealer… then backed onto a 12pp booklet printed on 170gsm satin CMYK throughout… and to make sure it all matched, we also had a sealer applied.
The folder cover was die cut, hand folded, and collated on our stitching machine in one pass.
Now read that back to me! Folder Cover 4 colour process plus sealer 1 side, 12pp text booklet full colour plus sealer throughout, hand folded and saddle stitched… Done!
